Introduction
Hero Moto Corp, in its continued expansion, tasked Human Dimension with designing and developing their new site office in Lucknow. The project encompassed a 10,000 sq. ft. space, intended to serve as a dynamic and modern facility for 80 employees.
The client’s vision for this site office was clear. They wanted a workspace that was both functional and forward-thinking, capable of supporting their growing team and embodying their brand’s commitment to innovation. Central to the design was the reception area, which was crafted to leave a lasting impression on visitors, with sleek finishes and a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Beyond the reception, the office was to include a 20-seater conference room, designed to facilitate large meetings and presentations. This space was equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, ensuring seamless connectivity and clear communication during important discussions.
Additionally, two smaller meeting rooms were created, each accommodating four people, providing private spaces for focused conversations. The area manager’s cabin was strategically placed to offer both privacy and accessibility, allowing for effective management while being connected to the team. Collaborative spaces were also a key feature, designed to foster creativity and teamwork. These open areas encouraged spontaneous interactions, supporting Hero MotoCorp’s emphasis on collaborative innovation.
The cafeteria was envisioned as more than just a dining space; it became a central hub for relaxation and informal gatherings, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The inclusion of dimmable lighting throughout the facility added a layer of adaptability, allowing the ambiance to be adjusted based on different needs and times of day. The server room was another critical aspect, designed with cutting-edge IT infrastructure to support the company’s technological demands securely and efficiently.
In every aspect, Human Dimension utilized the latest technologies to create a workspace that was not only modern and efficient but also aligned with Hero MotoCorp’s brand ethos. The result was a site office that surpassed the client’s expectations, offering a sophisticated and functional environment tailored to the needs of a leading global brand.
